Chapter Initiates 7

The chapter is proud to announce the Alumni of our successful spring rush. Iota Delta initiated seven new men to our fraternity. Each member of the Tau class seem to have found an active role around campus, and still managed to find time to rush. The chapter initiated 2 Seniors, 1 Junior, 1 Sophomore, and 3 Freshman. Our two seniors are Brian Silverstein and Tino Mirabelli. Brian is the Resident Director of Padua Hall, an editor for the school newspaper The Falcoln, member of the QU Tennis team, and does some work for WQUB. Tino is active around campus as a member of the Men's Volleyball team, Mock Trial, and has taken an interest in theatre. The one junior we initiated was Ivan Shirkov who like Tino is a member of QU Volleyball team. Ken Medo is the lone sophomore from the Tau class, Ken is a Student Ambassador, and is very active with the campus ministry. Rounding out the Tau class is Mike Varrone, Adam Barr, and Baxter Grace. Baxter is teammate with Brian on the QU tennis team bringing Iota Delta varsity athlete count to 6 men. Mike has taken interest in many areas around campus such as working for WQUB, writing for The Falcoln, and he has found many other ways to contribute around campus. With the Tau class Iota Delta now stand at 23 actives with 17 expected to return in the Fall.
