Pledge Education Underway

The Omega class has officially been welcomed as pledges of the chapter and have begun to walk the path to become a Delt. They will be guided by senior Kevin Hahn who took the role because he wanted to educated the incoming men of the fraternity. Brother Hahn has designed a unique pledge process which balances guest speakers, speakers from the chapter, and Delt Development. The pledges have already begun the process and will continue to grow as the chapter evaluates the qualities they can bring to the chapter.

VP Handles Alumni Services For Semester

In recent news VP Daniel LaRocco will once again handle the alumni services for the chapter. LaRocco has handled the duties for since Spring 2009 and continued to remain involved writing for the blog, twitter, and the Carlisle Times last semester. He is stepping in for Brother Majewski who is no longer with the chapter. Brother LaRocco hopes to continue to build stronger bonds with the alumni so the chapter can have a strong core of alumni supports before he graduates from the University this spring. In addition, Brother LaRocco will begin mentoring some of the younger members on successful alumni relations.

VP Appoints Three New Officers

Vice President Daniel LaRocco has appointed three new men to the Administrative Committee for the fall semester. David Carter will take over the role as the chapters Social Chairman. In addition, Quincy Landreth has been appointed to activities and intramurals chair. Finally, Christan Carter will handle the house and grounds duties for the remainder of the semester. All three brothers were initiated in the Spring 2011 semester. The men will hold their offices until December when the leadership positions transition to the next group of men.

Another Successful Rush

The chapter has yielded another successful Rush adding 11 new pledges to the chapter. For more information be sure to read the new Carlisle Times.
